Gently apply C-Circles Vanish by dabbing on a small amount starting at the inner corner of the eye by the nose; continue under the eye and around to the outer corner of the eye. For best results apply directly to clean skin. Use all other eye products over this formula.

Caution:  Keep out of eyes.  Discontinue use if irritation should occur.
