We accept American Express, Visa, Master Card and Personal Checks/Money Orders. To send a personal check in, print out your order form, and send it in with your check. Personal Checks may take up to a week to process.

How can I find an item?
You can find items one of two ways on this web site. 1. Choose the
proper category from main Shop page. 2. Use the search feature. Enter a
keyword into the search field and any items that are listed in our
store, will be returned in a results page with links to that product.

How do I remove something from my order or change quantities?
Go to the "View Order" page. To delete an item uncheck the box to the
left of the item. If you want to change the quantity of a selection,
change the number in the quantity box. Last, click the "Update Order"
button to complete the change.

How do I cancel all or part of an order?
If you haven't completed the order, changes and deletions can be made
from the View Order page. If the order has been placed, please call us
at 212-753-1200. If your order has not shipped yet, we will do
everything we can to accommodate your request.

How do I return an item?
Items can be returned for Salon Credit only. Please return items with receipt with 10 days after delivery. Shipping and Handling fees will not be credited.

I returned an item. When will I receive my credit?
Credit will be available in Salon system within 48 hours after receiving the return.

How do you handle backorders?
If an item is not available, we generally can be back in stock within 4 weeks.
We will put customers on a waiting list and ship it out when the item is available.
