I was aging, our salon clients had lots of aging concerns and I had this wonderful maiden name "Young". It was meant to be!!!

For more than 25 years, I have been speaking with our wonderful salon clients and they have filled my ears. Not a day goes by that one of them does not tell me of some special concern...a new product idea is born. We do not need focus groups, new product surveys, or special trend consultants...our clients keep us on the cutting edge of what's new because we know what women really want.

We meet regularly with raw material suppliers to learn what new technologies are being developed and which ones really work. We love botanicals and believe in nature's ability to repair the skin and give aging skin what it needs to be beautiful. The marriage of filling a need with technologies that really work make for products that exceed expectations...and that is our goal!
